Greatview’s professional, full-time staff work quietly in the background to keep everything running smoothly, meet your special needs and provide local knowledge. During your stay, you can expect:

• Aaron, our house manager, leads the staff team and works to ensure that guests every need is met and expectations exceeded.

• Three satisfying meals a day, prepared by chef Colin, served at the table by Damion and Morgan.

• Bar service and other special needs attended to by Damion and Morgan our butlers, from early morning coffee to after-dinner nightcaps.

• A spotless house, with rooms cleaned every day by housekeepers Donna and Pamela, and beds turned down in the evening.

• Your personal laundry attended to every day by laundress Paula and delivered to your room. Bath and bed linens freshly laundered.

• Immaculate grounds and pool, tended to by Dave, Ricardo and Mark, the gardeners.

Some staff live on the property in the separate, four bedroom staff quarters. There’s at least one female and one male Greatview employee on site and on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Everton, a seasoned and trustworthy Jamaican driver and guide can be hired (with his minibus) by the hour, day or week for excursions or shopping.
